Therefore, we are looking for a new Head of Service Management to join our Solution and Service Delivery area.

With a direct reference to the Senior Vice President, Solution and Service Delivery, you will lead and empower our rapid growing Service Management team of 5 dedicated Project Managers and Technicians. You will hereby become part of our senior management team in Solution and Service Delivery with 4 peers, who is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and services, on a global scale, by driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing retention and profitability, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of services at Kamstrup. This is an exceptional chance to make a profound impact and pave the way forward in our evolving discipline of services.

Secure best-in-class customization of new services and solutions through partnering

In the position as Head of Service Management you will play a vital role in securing a smooth and complete handover of new solutions and services to the Solution and Service Delivery organization. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing business profitability, and fostering customer retention, you will lead the way in incorporating customer insights, scalable solutions, and collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, Technology, and Sales.

More specifically, you will be:

Developing and implementing a robust framework for the introduction of new global service

Establishing KPIs for measuring customer satisfaction, cost structure, and delivered quality

Future-proof services, particularly within the realms of Asset-as-a-Service and Efficiency-as-a-Service, as they evolve into more digital solutions

Inspire, empower, and provide strategic direction for the Service Management team, enabling them to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Personality matters

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Service Management to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in creating customer value through service design and offerings, as well as strategic, tactical, and people management skills, you will be a valuable asset to our organization.

It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:

Converting pure software or hardware offerings into international service offerings and deliveries

Business development

The technology and manufacturing industry

As a visionary leader, you will serve as a role model for change and inspire the team to elevate our service offerings to new heights. Your focus on delivering scalable results, exceptional customer experiences, and simplicity will be crucial to achieving our goals. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should thrive in an international, high-tech professional environment.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is considered an advantage.
