Therefore, we are looking for a new Business Analyst to join the Product Management Excellence team in our Heat/Cooling division.
With direct reference to our Head of Product Management Excellence, you will become a part of our Heat/Cooling Product Management department counting 32 colleagues focusing on delivering high-quality solutions and services. In the newly established position as Business Analyst, you will work in the Product Management Excellence team that covers four core areas of expertise in which operational and strategic pricing is the primary area. The three others are I) enabling effective product life cycle management, II) securing high-quality commercial master data, and III) implementing best-in-class product management processes and tools. The team is characterized by a good working environment, where freedom, responsibility, and development are in focus. A job with a focus on competitor and market pricing landscapes
As Business Analyst you will manage insights into our competitor and market landscape and provide recommendations to Sales for strategic price adjustment. In close corporation with our Pricing Manager, you will secure profitable growth through value-based and competitor pricing strategies and fact-based Price-2-Win (P2W) recommendations. Further, you will drive market pricing and competitive intelligence to support sales and product management through recurrent reporting.
More specifically, you will be:
• Gathering pricing insights from RFP’s, sales opportunities, and other sources
• Providing regular insights reports and recommendations to the Management and Global Sales teams
• Performing pricing analysis on product level i.e., volume, product mix, configuration
• Maintaining a competitor and market landscape incl. customer behavior to support Sales and Bid Management
• Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to pricing
To succeed with this, it is important that you master the complexity of multiple markets, products, services, solutions, customer segments, and value propositions and transfer this into simple operational methods and tools.
A strong analyst with a winning personality
We are looking for a new colleague with a minimum of 3-5 years from a similar position in a global B2B business. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. In addition, it is a requirement that you have experience with and solid knowledge in:
• Competitor & market pricing landscape
• Insight analysis
• Strategic and tender price recommendations
It will be an advantage if you have worked with tender processes and master data management, but not a requirement. Furthermore, experience with presentation tools, databases, CRM, and web analytics is considered an advantage.
As a person, you take leadership in your field of expertise and engage others to ensure commitment. You are outgoing and a strong communicator and you can build positive relations and communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders. You have an analytical mindset and can draw conclusions from large datasets and a commercial understanding that can ensure profitability in our decisions.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
